Privacy Policy

Account data (email, name, password hash), billing identifiers from our payment processor, art assets and project data you create, and operational logs needed to run the Service.

To authenticate you across Limn and Helm, generate and store art you request, process Pigment purchases, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

We use infrastructure and payment providers (hosting, email delivery, card checkout) under contract. Generation runs on our configured model providers; prompts and outputs are processed to deliver the Service.

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can delete your Ludotronics account from Account settings (removes Limn content and linked Helm data via shared login). Backups may persist for a limited operational window.
